Along 1.5 km of the breathtaking Mediterranean sea, the Sirte beachfront mixed-use development occupies 40 hectares on the Sirte shoreline. The mixed-use development consists of 99 x 345 m2 and 1 x 1035 m2 luxury hospitality palaces, 2300 m2 clubhouse, a lake, and a swimming pool. This project was in collaboration with NA YAPI, a top leading turkish construction company, in 2008 and the duration of the project was 15 months.
